Goal Setting and Tracking Performance
On this page you’ll find sheets designed for tracking performance and goal setting. Each sheet includes an explanation of the subject as well as an example of how to populate the related table. Also included are blank tables for you to use. These are in Microsoft Word so you can copy and create as many as you need!

Training Log
Tracking your accomplishments after each practice can be very helpful. A record can show how much you improve day-to-day and week-to-week (progress measured is progress made!).

“Process goals focus on the specific actions or behaviors you must do well during a competition.” Achieving process goals should, in theory, increase the likelihood of achieving performance and outcome goals.1
